The job involves picking ingredients, weighing ingredients, mixing the ingredients in the mixers of different sizes (200L, 420L, 840L). This is a skilled position that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict processes and work instructions.

We have vacancies for Mill Operators within the Mill Room department, based in Production at our Bracknell site. The role involves preparing and setting the triple roll mills, scooping paint onto the mills, and making sure the end product meets all the Quality Control criteria before it is transferred to the Filling department.

The role involves receiving batches of paint, setting the line, checking the tubes and labels are correct, filling the tubes, checking the tubes once they are filled, packing them, and recording the orders onto the system.
