A happy drawing !

I'm new to this forum. I'm happy to be here!

I thought I would share a recent and happy commission. This drawing is 8x10" in size. Drawn with a 4B pencil only. It took me about 45". I used a kneaded eraser and blended in and round the eyes only. Otherwise this drawing, like all of my portraits are rough around the edges.

I teach art at the Pennsylvania State University, PA, USA. I also draw and paint portraits professionally through my website.
