Acrylic Paints

As a user of your Acrylic paints for many years I feel I must bring to your attention the quality of your packaging. The top you have chosen for your tubes of paints is very unsatisifactory as it breaks very easy resulting in the contents of the tube getting hard therefore making them impossible to use . May I suggest that you use a flip up lid like used on a tube of toothpaste or something similar. As I attend an art class on a regular basis many of my co painters have encountered similar problems. I hope you will take this observation into consideration as I cannot afford to waste spoilled products due to a little problem as a unsatisfactory cover.
As a loyal customer I look forward to hearing from you.

Re: Acrylic Paints

Hi,

We are very sorry to hear that you've had problems with broken caps. A couple of years back we had one bad batch of caps which were not discovered until further down the line when all of them had already gone in to distribution all around the world. And due to the slow turnaround of some colours, there are still some tubes with bad caps in circulation. Then issue has long since been rectified, however, we are very happy to send you a batch of new caps for you to replace with the old ones on your tubes.

Please send an e-mail to webmaster@daler-rowney.com explaining that your caps have broken. Please also provide your full postal address and the number of caps you need and for which products.

Sorry about the inconvenience.

Kind regards,
Daler-Rowney
