We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator who is confident in a customer-facing role and able to present alongside the sales team. You will be a critical thinker who is dynamic and positive; your ideas and initiatives will contribute to the success of the team and the company. Excellent organisational skills are crucial to the role. A background in craft, art, educational and industrial supplies would be preferable.You would constantly strive to provide good customer service, listen to customers’ suggestions/feedback and pass them on to the relevant department. You will be an ambassador of our brands worldwide, liaising with all the regions to support their teams.


As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, the scope of this role includes, but is not limited to, the duties described below:
  • Supporting the Trade Marketing Executive and the sales teams (domestic, export and intercompany) with their requests.
  • Feeding the marketing and sales teams with local information from markets, competition, promotion, prices, and possible needs.
  • Work cross-functionally, liaising with sales, trade marketing executives, product managers, brand managers and communication managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders (designers, agencies, other teams...) to ensure delivery of aligned and clear plans for sales teams to be able to execute seamlessly
  • Creating sales tools and sales presentations and communicating them to the market.
  • Planning and implementing promotions.
  • Creating merchandising solutions adapted to markets.
  • Meeting customers and delivering impactful insight & analysis.
  • Following up the sales and finding solutions to keep in touch with your customers (phone meetings, mailing, email campaigns) and develop their potential.
  • Attending shows in the UK and abroad.
