Payroll Administrator Job Spec

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, professional candidate with a positive attitude to join us at Daler-Rowney in Bracknell. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be providing vital support to the HR Manager and together will deliver an accurate and efficient payroll service.
Requirements

You will have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end processing of payroll and responsibility for reporting and reconciliation, along with the end-of-month and payroll year-end reporting. Also, producing employee documentation P60, P11D, P45 etc in a timely manner.

Be responsible for the Automatic Enrolment Pension uploads to the provider portal, maintain the database and assist Finance in the monthly reconciliation.

Be the main contact for all payroll queries for employees and external agencies.

Maintain the payroll process, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail for our busy weekly payroll and 2 salary payrolls.

Have experience with court orders and statutory payments.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.

Have excellent excel skills and experience with SAGE payroll is essential.

Assist in maintaining the time and attendance system and the HR Database.
