new quality stay wet palette refills

Hi I've just purchased the 'NEW QUALITY' stay wet palette refills for my DR palette. The quality of these new membrane papers is not as good as the previous ones used. The paint dries so much quicker, which is so frustrating and uneconomical. Simply, I believe they do not work - Please, Daler Rowney, bring back the old ones.
