Willa Gebbie

Willa Gebbie is a London-based, self-taught illustrator known for her distinctive blend of traditional watercolour techniques and contemporary digital elements. Her work has a fresh, modern feel and often draws on her deep love for the natural world - whether through botanical studies, still life, or landscapes. Originally from Scotland, Willa began her career in research science after studying Chemistry. However, her passion for drawing eventually led her to make the leap into a creative field. Over the past 15 years, Willa has built a thriving career that spans editorial, publishing, and marketing, creating artwork for high-profile clients including Net-a-Porter, Chanel, Kew Gardens, and The Guardian. In addition to her own work, Willa is committed to supporting the wider illustration community. She has mentored emerging talent through the Association of Illustrators, the London College of Fashion, and the University for the Creative Arts. Willa is also the founder of Yo Illo, a popular monthly meetup that connects professional illustrators with industry speakers and inspirational events.
