Hello

Bought a bottle of Daler-Rowney matt Varnihs yesterday and went to use it in the evening, and its a very thick subsrtance so much that i cant pour it out of the bottle.

Is this correct i need to return to the shop today but dont want to complain only to find that it shoudl be like this.

Any ideas?
